An early morning blaze in Menifee Friday scorched a mobile home and caused minor burns to at least one person, officials said.

The fire in the 27500 block of Coyote Circle was reported at 1:17 a.m., according to  Cal Fire officials.

Arriving firefighters found the double-wide home engulfed in flames but all occupants were safely out, Cal Fire/Riverside County fire's Melody Hendrickson wrote in a news release.

The person who suffered minor burns was not a firefighter; that person was treated at the scene and refused to be taken to a hospital, Hendrickson said.

Residents at the home did not need assistance from the American Red Cross, officials said.
