There were 68 condos and townhomes for sale in Murrieta CA that closed (sold) during the past 90 days with a median home price of $120,000 and a median price-per-square-foot of $97.42, according to the California Regional MLS (Multiple Listing Service).

Fixed Mortgage Rates Average 4.50% (30-Year), 3.67% (15-Year) for Week Ending 06/16/2011
