Nutcracker Ballet Essay Contest Open

"NUTCRACKER BALLET" ESSAY CONTEST
FOR STUDENTS 3RD THROUGH 8TH GRADE
SPONSORED BY INLAND VALLEY CLASSICAL BALLET THEATER
& SVETLANA'S DANCE ACADEMY
Temecula, CA - October 11, 2011 - Inland Valley Classical Ballet Theater (A not-for-profit 501(c)3 organization) and Svetlana's Dance Academy are sponsoring an essay writing contest open to students in 3rd through 8th grade.
The ESSAY WINNER will receive a family pack of four (4) tickets to the Nutcracker Ballet performed at Old Town Community Theater, 42051 Main Street, Temecula, California. The winner can choose from any of the five show performances; November 25 at 7:00 pm, November 26 at 2:00 pm and 7:00 pm, November 27 at 1:00 pm and 4:00 pm.
The WINNING ESSAY will be published in the show program for all five performances.
EACH ESSAY PARTICIPANT will receive a certificate for a FREE one week of dance (level appropriate) at Svetlana's Dance Academy.
The essay contest is open to all students currently in 3rd through 8th grade. The essay topic is "Nutcracker Ballet". Essay must be 250 words or less and include student's first name, first initial of last name, student’s school and grade, and contact information (phone number and email).
Essay due by November 7, 2011 can be mailed to or dropped off at Svetlana's Dance Academy, Attn: Essay Contest, 41760 Rider Way, Temecula, CA 92590. Winner to be announced November 14, 2011. Winner must select tickets performance date by November 18, 2011. Tickets cannot be redeemed for cash. Current SDA students are not eligible. All essays become the property of IVCBT and SDA.
Inland Valley Classical Ballet Theater, a not-for-profit 501(c)3 organization (IVCBT) and Svetlana's Dance Academy provide training and performance venues to classical ballet artists at the professional, pre-professional and amateur levels.
