Santa Rosa Plateau Being Used As Dump?
Contact the Santa Rosa Plateau Ecological Reserve Visitor's Center at 951-677-6951 if you have information about illegal dumping in the regional park.
An unfortunate incident was spotted on the Santa Rosa Plateau Ecological Reserve Wednesday morning.
Furniture was dumped along Clinton Keith Road that cuts through a portion of the pristine 9,000-acre protected space situated just west of Murrieta and Wildomar.
There were no notes and the furniture appeared undamaged.

The sighting follows reports late last year and again earlier this year by park officials that some wild animals had been found shot to death on the Reserve. Both dumping and hunting are illegal in the regional park.
