The 50 agencies with the most votes will be final contestants in the ASPCA $100K Challenge. At that point, the challenge is to have 300 more animals adopted, returned to owners, or rescued between Aug. 1 and Oct. 31, compared to last year.

A whopping $100,000 will be awarded to the agency with the most animals leaving the shelter for new homes or returned to their own homes.
