Murrieta Field of Honor: Veterans Assistance Day

A field of 2,011 American flags will be on display during the week of Veterans Day (November 6-12) at Town Square Park in Historic Downtown Murrieta.  The Field honors those who have served or are serving in the armed forces of our country, law enforcement, fire and other first responders and personal heroes.

The 2011 "Field of Honor" week will include a variety of moving tributes.

Veterans Assistance Day will be on Saturday (Nov. 12) with support activities, information, and entertainment; followed at 3 pm by the Closing Ceremony for the Field.
