Well it has been a LONG time coming and I am so HAPPY to announce that we have our own facility. Please join us for some FUN, FOOD and FITNESS. We will be having our GRAND OPENING on Monday, October 1st at 5:30 pm. This isn't going to be your typical grand opening. Come dressed and be ready to participate in a Bench Press Contest and perhaps a Burpee Contest. There are some AWESOME giveaways and prizes to be won from ALR Industries, Beleeza Brazil, Fit Sexy Mom, 951 Fitness and many more.
