April 23 Blood Drive to find life-saving blood donor for Murrieta man
What began as a routine life insurance health assessment a few weeks ago has turned into a life or death situation for Nicholas “Niko” Stewart, a 28-year-old Murrieta resident, devoted father and a loving husband who desperately needs our help.
On April 4, Niko was suddenly diagnosed with acute Lymphocytic Leukemia. To increase the odds of survival, his treatment requires blood transfusions – and the search is on to find a matching bone marrow donor.
Help bring hope to Niko and his family by donating blood to Lifestream on April 23 and by registering with “Be The Match,” a national marrow donor program. By participating you will help Lifestream increase Niko’s chances of finding that one life-saving match.
