the State of the City is this: The Fire/Paramedics have gone way over budget with their absurdly high salaries, and now they are trying to force us homeowners to pay $350 for their visit unless we subscribe to their extortion called "subscription"... Pay $350 for basic city services...Instead of laying someone off or taking a wage cut. Only a fool would pay that. It wont hold up in court. Fire Matt Shobert Fire Chief. Downsize his pay scale and replace him, there are countless suitable candidates willing to work for half his salary.
