Community Update

This place is horrid. Avoid at all costs.I had a remote start installed and unless you like being treated horribly. Stay away! At least until they replace their completely unprofessional and confrontational manager. Any business manager ("JT") that points at a customer and tells them (just short of yelling) "One way or another I will get my $100" is going to have a hard time keeping a loyal and satisfied customer base. It was already agreed upon over the phone that I was going to pay that additional $100.00, for the labor associated with my "special" install methods. I paid it solely because my dash was opened up they had it from the day prior, and they were 'conveniently' only 30 minutes from completion if I paid that additional amount. I just wanted him to understand the issue with accepting a job at an agreed upon price and then adding charges after the work begins. It appears shady and unethical. Especially when you are incapable of speaking to a customer as a customer and not an enemy. He was very obnoxious and single-minded. Needless to say customer service is non-existent in this establishment. Expect to call them for updates and for them to tell you call them back later (twice). It was a poor experience and will never be repeated. On a different note, the install was complete and everything functions as intended, James, the installer, was capable of explaining the problem and the solution he provided on the install intelligently and without a yelling and arrogant attitude. At which I was much more responsive and understanding and less worried about the additional $100 labor charge. The owner of this establishment should rid themselves of this 'manager' if they intend to maintain a solid base of happy and reoccurring customers. I intend to share my poor experience via every social media outlet I use and warn all personal and friendly relationships about this place. Finally, I will be filing a complaint with the BBB next.

The manager was given an opportunity to make this right, or at the very least intelligently and professionally explain the issue to me and the additional cost. He made it awkward, argumentative, and attempted to intimidate his customer. The fact that businesses like these are still around is appalling and this has to be shared to hopefully save at least one other person the disappointment of trusting this place with their vehicle and money.
