Community Update

Please go else where for your home inspection!!! Don did not provide us with the home inspection report until 7 days after. Initially he had promised us a 48 hour turn time and then it was excuse after excuse. From not having internet to not knowing how to word a part of the report. Yes, that is right, he told us he did not know how to write the report! He ignored our calls and emails and finally said he would refund us our $250. By this time we had hired another inspection by a different company and paid $280 but got the report the same day! Don sent the report out 7 days after the inspection and told us he would not refund us the money because he sent the report. We contacted him again asking for our refund and not the report and he simply told us to just take him to court if we even wanted to see that money back. We were horrified of how UNPROFESSIONAL and DISHONEST Don was. Please save the heartache and find a different home inspector!!!
