I'm in Murrieta and the phone scam happened to me last week. It caught me by surprise because I was Read Morehaving trouble with my computer. I have to admit I thought for a moment that I really didn't want Microsoft calling me when I had a problem. Wait... that probably wouldn't happen!! Thankfully I asked for a phone number to call back on, and of course there wasn't one. The guy just told me he could help. He acted like he was just trying to do his job. This guy also spoke perfect English, very believable!!
