Website Set Up in Memory of Fatal Stabbing Victim

A website has been set up for those wishing to make a donation in memory of Saskia Burke.

A website has been set up to raise money to memorialize the fatal victim of a stabbing attack in a Murrieta home last week.

Supporters wishing to make a donation in memory of who died when she was stabbed to death Dec. 20 in her family's Milkwood Lane home, can go to www.remembersaskia.com.

According to a family friend who emailed Patch, funds raised will go toward funeral costs for Saskia, as well as medical bills for her father, Paul Burke, who was also stabbed by alleged attacker William Gary Simpson Jr., 19.

The friend told Patch that Saskia's paintball organization, which she was involved in with her father, set up the donation site. The site shows photos of Saskia with friends and family, as well as during her paintball activites.

Saskia was a paintball instructor, the friend said.
